氮同位素示踪技术;河流-近海-陆架-大洋溶解有机氮的源、汇和转化过程,微生物与溶解有机氮相互作用机制;叶绿素单体/卟啉单体氮同位素反演海洋近现代氮循环过程;海沟深渊氮循环过程与微生物/动力过程耦合;大型海藻生态学-环境效应、过程和机理;天然有机物分离富集与分析技术研发
