Ø 海洋微生物地球化学。主要从事海洋生物地球化学与微生物生态学研究,聚焦海洋碳循环、微生物代谢通路的鉴定及其环境意义等前沿问题。研究结合同位素示踪、多组学测序与生物信息分析等交叉手段,揭示海洋环境中气候相关小分子化合物的微生物代谢机制及环境重要性。 | |||
