研究领域或方向:

研究领域

主要从事海洋生物地球化学及海洋地质微生物学等交叉学科的研究,针对温室气体、海洋碳循环、深部生物圈以及冷泉热液极端环境等国际前沿领域的热点问题,结合地球化学、同位素示踪以及分子生物学手段,揭示不同海洋生态系统中甲烷等温室气体以及甲醇、甲胺、乙酸等其它气候相关的小分子化合物的产生、代谢以及生物地球化学循环,探索微生物在元素循环中所起到的作用。参与载人深潜以及大洋钻探等国际合作航次十多次,研究区域包括大洋、河口、湿地、深海沉积环境,以及高盐、冷泉、热液、天然气水合物区、深海生物圈等极端生态环境。

研究方向

1、冷泉、热液、深部生物圈等深海极端特殊生态系统的生物地球化学过程;

2、不同生态系统中甲烷等一碳化合物的生物地球化学循环;

       3、边缘海、深海及大洋等环境中微生物介导的碳、氮、硫等元素循环过程。
