    现为美国南加州大学海洋环境生物学教授,2005-2007年任美国特拉华大学海洋学教授,2007年起担任特拉华大学海洋环境学院兼职教授,《地球物理研究杂志(海洋类)》副主编,美国海洋与湖沼学会组织委员会委员,联合国海洋研究科学委员会、海洋地球生物化学和生态研究委员会委员,已发表多部有国际影响力的学术著作。
