研究简介


主要研究方向为海洋有机生物地球化学,侧重于河流、河口和边缘海环境中有机碳的生物地球化学过程、化学生物标志物的分析与应用、生态环境演变机制等方面研究。近期的工作主要包括利用稳定碳同位素、木质素、沉积色素、四醚膜脂等生物标志物研究长江口-东海内陆架颗粒物和沉积物中有机碳的组成特征和来源解析、水动力分选过程和再矿化作用及陆源物质输入和生态环境演变的历史重建,剖析人类活动和区域气候变化对碳循环和环境演变的影响机制和发展趋势。先后在《Chemical Geology》、《Journal of Geophysical Research: Biogeosciences》、《Science of the Total Environment》、《The Holocene》、《Harmful Algae》、《Frontiers in Microbiology》、《Marine Chemistry》、《Organic Geochemistry》、《Continental Shelf Research》、《Journal of Marine Systems》、《Estuarine, Coastal and Shelf Science》、《科学通报》、《海洋学报》、《海洋与湖沼》等国内外杂志发表研究论文81篇,其中SCI收录36篇。出版译著1部。
