本方向主要研究海洋生源活性气体,包括(二甲基硫,DMS;挥发性卤代烃,VHCs;甲烷,CH4;氧化亚氮,N2O;一氧化碳,CO等)在中国近海与大洋中的时空分布、变化特征和海-气通量,探究它们与海区内生物特征、生态环境影响因子之间的关系,揭示自然变化和人类活动(如升温、海洋酸化、沙尘沉降、富营养化、化学污染等)对海洋生源活性气体释放的影响机制,阐明控制生源活性气体在上层海洋与底层大气中迁移转化的关键物理、化学和生物过程,最终建立研究海域生源活性气体的生物地球化学循环模型,由此定量评价研究海域生源活性气体的释放对区域和全球气候与环境变化的影响,服务于应对全球气候变化这一国家重大战略需求。
